IT RECRUITING LEADER

We are looking for an IT Recruiting Leader to help us build and develop a strong IT Recruiting Vertical.  Someone with true Staffing Industry experience! This position comes with a base salary plus a very competitive commission structure. This can NOT be a remote role.

Specifics:

  • Grow the team that sources, manages business development and recruits top-notch candidates for IT positions at mid to senior levels
  • Hire, train and develop new and existing talent
  • Committed user of internal ATS and CRM tools
  • Be able to teach others how to utilize various sourcing tools and techniques to identify active and passive job candidates
  • Collaborate with internal recruiters and hiring managers to identify culture fit
  • Develop and maintain a network of quality contacts and referrals
  • Build pipelines full of quality candidates to fill current and anticipated vacancies

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or recruiting experience in lieu of education
  • 5+ years of IT sourcing, business development and recruiting experience
  • Ability to manage recruiting resources, such as job boards, social media, and internal databases (ATS systems) with a proven success identifying qualified candidates through LinkedIn and other professional networks

SALES EXECUTIVE

We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive who wants to transition into Recruiting and help us place sales executives around the Nation. Someone who is money motivated AND wants to make a difference in people’s lives. This position comes with a base salary plus a very competitive commission structure. This can NOT be a remote role.

  • Business development, and recruiting top-notch candidates for permanent mid to senior level positions
  • Committed user of internal ATS and CRM tools
  • Become an expert in how to utilize various sourcing tools and techniques to identify active and passive job candidates
  • Collaborate with internal recruiters and hiring managers to identify culture fit
  • Develop and maintain a network of quality contacts and referrals
  • Build candidate pipelines full of quality candidates to fill current and anticipated vacancies

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or proven successful sales experience in lieu of education
  • Learn how to manage recruiting resources, such as job boards, social media, and internal databases (ATS systems); proven success identifying qualified candidates through LinkedIn and other professional networks
