The nature of the contingency search is a non-exclusive agreement between Triumph Professional Staffing and the client company.  This agreement requires the Triumph search consultants to go through the following process:

Take a proper Job order from the hiring manager:

Getting you what you need requires the proper execution of this step.  Your participation is as important as our listening.  By securing accurate information directly from the hiring manager, Triumph will be able to properly screen candidates.  The main objective to the outsourcing of your hiring needs revolves around the efficient use of your time in assessing the best candidates.  The more information our search consultants have, the more efficient the process for you.

Managing the interview process:

Our search consultants will ensure proper coordination as you meet the candidates.  This will involve scheduling, proper candidate preparation, feedback, and post interview consultation.  Most importantly, Triumph will first and foremost consider the right fit for your needs.  While the hiring process is always challenging, together we will take the necessary steps to maximize the odds of a successful hire.

Fee Commitment:

You owe Triumph no fee until you hire our presented candidate.  Once you have decided to hire our candidate, and the employee begins with your firm, then you agree to pay to Triumph a fee.  Please read our fee agreement for specific terms.

The Guarantee:

Triumph will provide you a guarantee for a period of time after the candidate starts with your firm.  Please read our fee agreement for specific terms.
