A Staffing Partnership is a commitment to “Outsourcing” the most important segment of your business while maintaining maximum flexibility suited to what you need.  This agreement is an exclusive relationship between Triumph and your company.  A unique partnership created by Triumph, you have the opportunity to significantly lower your outsourced hiring costs, while retaining the expertise of top search consultants.  We will provide you with the highest level of priority as your hiring needs arise.  The specifics: 

Terms of the agreement:

a. The initial terms of this agreement encompass a two-year period. You will meet with a Senior Member of the Triumph team to analyze and determine how much hiring your company needs to do within the next two years.

b. Once your hiring needs are identified, we will add together the expected base salaries of these combined position. This figure will become the “base salary bank”. 

c. Over the course of the next two years you will direct Triumph to the specific positions you need and tell us when you need them. Triumph will provide you all the search benefits that come with an exclusive relationship. This will include your hire receiving priority, the full resources of our firm, and constant contact with a senior level manager.

d. Based on the total amount of “base salary bank” you have committed to, Triumph will provide you a more palatable fee for services schedule with the ability to pay for these services over time.
