The nature of the Retained search is an exclusive agreement between Triumph Professional Staffing and the client company.  This agreement includes a deposit to begin the search, a commitment from both parties to prioritize the search parameters, and usually a high level of confidentiality.  Triumph will go through the following process:

Partner with the client company to fully understand the need:

A high level of understanding is required.  The nature of this search typically means a strategic hire within your organization.  We will come to your site and spend time understanding your “wish list” for the position.  That may include not only specific job skill requirements, but personality fit, company environment, and report to preferences.  The screening process for this hire requires Triumph to meet all candidates before presentation as well as check all references.  This search is a very thorough, carefully thought out partnership to be handled by only senior members of the Triumph organization.

Managing the process:

It is possible to identify the right candidate anytime, however understanding the importance of this hire usually requires a more complete look at the available candidate pool.  Triumph will identify many good selections, however you are searching for one great selection.  This could require some patience, as the work needed to find the best candidate is usually tedious.  We are ready and able to take on this responsibility and will guide you through the process every step of the way.

Fee Commitment:

The Retained Search agreement is based on the each partner’s commitment.  Our part is to provide you with the full resources of Triumph, as well as a senior level contact.  Your commitment is financial by providing a deposit to begin the search, as well as an exclusive relationship by partnering with Triumph.  Please refer to our fee agreement for specific terms.

The Guarantee:

Triumph will provide special terms for this agreement.
